Elsje has spent the past 20 years in education, with the last 10 focused on education management. She is deeply passionate about progressive, holistic education, and is dedicated to fostering a lifelong love for learning in children. Her focus includes developing critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Elsje firmly believes that every child deserves to be in a school environment where they feel seen, safe, happy, and empowered. She advocates that when children feel respected, cared for, and secure, their brain and nervous system are in the optimal state for learning, exploration, and knowledge retention.

Willesia has her Masters and 10 plus years of teaching experience. She views each child as an individual and caters to their needs holistically, with warmth and compassion. Willesia is passionate about managing a school that caters for the growing need of excellent quality education in Namibia that uplifts children and equips them to seize every opportunity that comes their way.

Lucille has decades of experience in finance, legal, HR and administration duties. She is a warm and welcoming person who believes in and is passionate about the Fowler House values and standards. 

Kirstin is an elementary and Montessori trained teacher. She is an experienced teacher who is brilliant at creating a sense of community and belonging in the classroom. Kirstin nurtures the children's natural sense of curiosity and wonder and fosters strong independence, confidence, critical thinking and problem solving skills in her students.

Evelyne joined our school in 2020. She is a highly experienced Montessori teacher with many years teaching experience under her belt. Evelyne is passionate about children and one often sees her laughing and playing with the little ones outside class.

Desiree is warm, inviting and welcoming. With her Montessori Teaching qualification, she has over 18 years teaching experience, much of which has been abroad. The children adore her and her creativity makes for wonderful learning experiences.

Pauline is a qualified Montessori teacher with many years of experience and a long-standing connection with our school. 

Fluent in both French and English, Pauline brings with her a beautiful blend of warmth, wisdom, creativity and deep passion for nurturing young minds. 

Marleece is a passionate elementary and Montessori trained teacher. She is enthusiastic, gentle and absolutely loves working with children and making a difference in their lives.

Lihané Nel holds an Honours Degree in Early Childhood Education and is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young minds. She is passionate about shaping children to become independent, confident and successful, creating nurturing and inspiring learning environments that encourage curiosity and lifelong learning.

Riënda is a dedicated and passionate Foundation phase teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for young learners. 

She is committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating educational experience that

promotes academic growth, creativity and social development.

Grace joined us in 2018. She is a dedicated assistant teacher and is much loved by our little ones. Grace  is busy with her teacher training whilst working as an assistant at our school. 

Brighitte is one of our Pre-Primary Assistants and she is always ready with a smile and a helping hand. The children feel very safe around her. 

Isak is our school’s grounds manager. He is one of the kindest and hardworking souls one can have the pleasure to meet.
