Elsje has been in Education for the past 20 years and in Education Management for the past 9 years. She is passionate about progressive education, nurturing a lifelong love for learning in children, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills. Elsje believes that children deserve to work in a school environment where they feel safe, happy and empowered.

Willesia has her Masters and 10 plus years of teaching experience. She views each child as an individual and caters to their needs holistically, with warmth and compassion. Willesia is passionate about managing a school that caters for the growing need of excellent quality education in Namibia that uplifts children and equips them to seize every opportunity that comes their way.

Linnea has over 23 years of school financial management experience. She brings such wisdom and warmth to our school.

Shelly has 15 years experience in bookkeeping and administration. She is a passionate and beautiful soul who adds tremendous value and warmth to our school.

Shasmida has been a Montessori teacher since 2015. She also has a Degree in Child Psychology. She is bright, enthusiastic, warm and spontaneous. 

Kirstin is an elementary and Montessori trained teacher. She is an experienced teacher who is brilliant at creating a sense of community and belonging in the classroom. Kirstin nurtures the children's natural sense of curiosity and wonder and fosters strong independence, confidence, critical thinking and problem solving skills in her students.

Desiree is warm, inviting and welcoming. With her Montessori Teaching qualification, she has over 18 years teaching experience, much of which has been abroad. The children adore her and her creativity makes for wonderful learning experiences.

Annelie has a Montessori teaching qualification and is one of the gentlest and most beloved teachers in our Pre-School. She has been teaching since 2010 and her passion for Montessori, her experience, wisdom and patience makes her an excellent addition to our team.

Evelyne joined our school in 2020. She is a highly experienced Montessori teacher with many years teaching experience under her belt. Evelyne is passionate about children and one often sees her laughing and playing with the little ones outside class.

Marleece is a passionate elementary and Montessori trained teacher. She is enthusiastic, gentle and absolutely loves working with children and making a difference in their lives.

Njoesja worked in Saudi Arabia as a teacher for 10 years. She is passionate about teaching and loves seeing the world through her student's eyes. Njoesja believes that teaching is not a job, but a calling.

Lelanie's gentleness and warmth has won the hearts of our children. Her sweet and gentle nature facilitates learning beautifully. 

Grace joined us in 2018. She is a dedicated assistant teacher and is much loved by our little ones. Grace  is busy with her teacher training whilst working as an assistant at our school. 

Brighitte is one of our Pre-Primary Assistants and she is always ready with a smile and a helping hand. The children feel very safe around her. 

Isak is our school’s grounds manager. He is one of the kindest and hardworking souls one can have the pleasure to meet.
